[Remote] Product Manager, Provider Networks - Remote

The Product Manager, Provider Networks will be responsible for maintaining relationships with reputed company, creating product documentation, and resolving reputed company issues through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network partnerships including rules of engagement, guidelines, and competitive advantages
- reputed company reputed company and guidance to internal teams and in support of our sales and renewal processes
- Create, update, and maintain product documentation reputed company to our network partnerships
- reputed company and analyze performance metrics to ensure networks are functioning as intended and collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and/or implement improvements to processes

- reputed company rapport and maintain relationships with network partners including management of escalated issues
- Coordinate with marketing on reputed company, product positioning, and creation of product collateral
- Collaborate and reputed company relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others
- Manage escalated issues that require product expertise in coordination with other teams such as claims, operations, finance, and others
- Help assess new opportunities and partnerships, as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management or similar role
- Prior experience with provider networks or in the health insurance industry required
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and reputed company
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
