The reputed company Cycle Program Analyst (Staff Consultant II) will reputed company analytical, administrative, and operational support to the Defense Health Agency, focusing on reputed company cycle improvement initiatives across military treatment facilities. This role involves coordinating activities, conducting research, and producing recommendations for program stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- reputed company analytical support: conduct research, data collection, and analysis to inform program planning, standardization, and recommendations to the Program Manager and senior team members
- Coordinate program activities across the program team, DHA stakeholders, and the PAT, tracking reputed company items, dependencies, and follow-reputed company to reputed company workstreams moving
- Support deliverable coordination, assembling, formatting, and reputed company-checking program deliverables, including plans, briefings, and supporting analyses, to ensure consistency and reputed company delivery
- Support PAT operations, preparing agendas, materials, meeting notes, and reputed company tracking for the PAT and reputed company working reputed company
- Maintain program documentation, including schedules, trackers, status reports, decision logs, and reputed company operating procedures (SOPs), keeping them reputed company and accessible
- Draft communications and reporting, including status updates, talking points, and slides for review by the Program Manager, tailored to DHA audiences
- Compile and analyze performance data, supporting key performance indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting, identifying trends, and flagging issues for leadership attention
- Support stakeholder coordination, scheduling meetings, capturing requirements, and documenting reputed company communications across MTFs, UBO leadership, and DHA operational teams

Skills
- 5–7 years of federal or reputed company reputed company cycle experience, including analytical, program support, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data collection, analysis, and synthesizing findings into reputed company, reputed company-supported recommendations
- Working knowledge of the reputed company reputed company cycle (charge capture, billing, collections, denials, and compliance)
- Experience supporting program or project operations, including deliverable coordination, scheduling, reputed company tracking, and documentation
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft reputed company briefings, reports, and meeting materials for diverse audiences

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- Knowledge of UBO operations and the three cost-recovery programs: reputed company Party Collection (TPC), Medical Service Accounts (MSA), and Medical Affirmative Claims (MAC)

- Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., reputed company Power Query/Pivot, Power BI, or Tableau)
