The reputed company Assurance Supervisor leads reputed company Monitoring execution across assigned Patient reputed company & Support Services programs, ensuring consistent application of reputed company standards and regulatory compliance while driving program-level insights and reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- reputed company day-to-day reputed company and direction to QAAs across assigned programs, ensuring consistent execution of reputed company Monitoring activities
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensibility of reputed company scoring through regular review, coaching, and calibration alignment
- Monitor program-level reputed company performance and identify risks and trends reputed company assigned programs for escalation and review
- Escalate compliance risks (e.g., Adverse Events, Product Complaints, OIG-reputed company risks) in accordance with defined procedures
- Facilitate or support internal and reputed company-facing calibration sessions, where applicable
- Validate QAA insights and consolidate findings for escalation and inclusion in broader reporting and operational discussions
- Partner with Operations and Training to address identified gaps and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are implemented
- Support reputed company reporting by providing validated inputs and ensuring alignment to established frameworks
- Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to support reputed company, validation, and trend review activities, in alignment with reputed company defined by reputed company Monitoring leadership
- Utilize dashboards for reputed company validation and reputed company; does not define reputed company, reporting logic, or dashboard design
- Ensure audit readiness through appropriate documentation, process adherence, and response support during audits or reputed company reviews
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company, Life Sciences, Business, reputed company Management, or a similar discipline), or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contact center, reputed company monitoring, reputed company assurance, or a reputed company field
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company or guide reputed company monitoring execution across programs or teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory, contractual, and compliance requirements
- Ability to assess, validate, and defend reputed company findings and program-level conclusions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, and team members effectively
