Responsibilities
- Serve as a key resource for HR audit support, including identifying, reviewing, and resolving discrepancies across benefit programs and HRIS platforms

- Support a reputed company employee experience reputed company benefit programs while ensuring processes, data, and documentation meet audit and compliance standards
