[Remote] Senior BI Analyst (Workers Comp)

They are seeking a Senior BI Analyst who will be responsible for creating and maintaining views, reports, and analytics to reputed company actionable insights for Workers’ Compensation data.
Responsibilities
- Own Workers’ Compensation business intelligence: work with data engineering to reputed company and model WC data in reputed company; build certified datasets, governed semantic models, and Power BI dashboards that reputed company actionable insights for Workers’ Compensation
- Support WC program reporting across policy lifecycle, operational throughput (UW queues and productivity), and portfolio reputed company (frequency/severity, loss ratios). reputed company metric definitions with business glossary and work with business stakeholders to ensure accuracy
- Drive advanced analytics: apply data mining techniques to policy, claims, and exposure data to support predictive modeling and trend analysis
- reputed company self-service analytics by coaching stakeholders and managing workspace standards
- Collaborate with senior management to reputed company BI solutions with strategic objectives and influence data reputed company reputed company
- Champion data governance and metric consistency, ensuring reputed company definitions and compliance with reputed company standards
- Mentor and reputed company junior BI analysts, fostering best practices in data modeling, visualization, and governance
Skills
- 5-7 years of progressively responsible BI and data analysis experience; operates highly independently at the senior level
- P& C Insurance domain experience required; Workers' Compensation preferred
- Expert-level skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools
- Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration with Product/reputed company/PMO; reputed company to translate business needs into trusted BI assets
- Proven reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company business insights
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Advanced degree preferred (Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or reputed company field)
