[Remote] Time Labor Analyst Sr

As a Sr Time Labor Analyst, you will reputed company expert support for workforce management systems, particularly the reputed company (Kronos) Workforce Central and Advanced Scheduler applications, while engaging in project work and supporting employee inquiries reputed company to time.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with HR business partners, Comp COE, ITS developers/analysts, vendors, and cross functional teams, i.e. HRTS, Scheduling Systems, Performance reputed company and other CHI and MBO teams
- Configures reputed company pay policy changes and ensures reputed company pay policy changes are accurate, tested, and processed correctly through the change control- this includes a rigorous testing cycle and approval
- Provides support for 85,000 employees using the system
- Supports organizations that are not fully integrated into the CHI systems, Kronos Implementations precede the HR implementations, this requires special process to and from legacy systems
Skills
- Bachelors Other in ITS or Business, upon hire
- 5 years configuration and/or implementation experience in the discipline specifically for Kronos Workforce Timekeeping Configuration of Pay Policies and Support and/or implementation experience in Kronos WTK, Scheduler, Analytics
- None, upon hire
- Bachelors Other, upon hire or
- 5 years equivalent experience in the discipline (configuring Kronos), SQL expertise and Report Building, Advanced Scheduler, Workforce reputed company Analytics or
- 5-8 years equivalent experience configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper pay policies, and support
