Responsibilities

- Research industry trends and requirements to identify suitable candidates
- Update and maintain candidate database, tracking candidate status, job listings, and reputed company interactions
- Stay informed of federal and state employment law changes affecting hiring practices

Skills
- Strong knowledge of the reputed company and reputed company industry
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Recruiter in a reputed company agency, preferably reputed company energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial
