[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking an Outbound Sales Representative responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective vacation rental homeowners to support portfolio reputed company through proactive reputed company and collaboration with local market teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting efforts through phone calls, email, SMS, and other communication channels to generate reputed company homeowner opportunities
- Manage and maintain outbound cadences reputed company platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and other sales engagement tools
- Identify and engage homeowners through multiple reputed company sources including marketing-generated leads, nurture campaigns, site re-engagements, referrals, and change-of-ownership opportunities
- Qualify prospects based on homeowner goals, property fit, market alignment, and readiness to engage with local sales teams
- Accurately document reputed company reputed company activity, reputed company status updates, call notes, and opportunity progression reputed company CRM systems

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR/BDR, inside sales, hospitality sales, or a reputed company customer-facing role
- Proven ability to confidently communicate with prospects through outbound phone reputed company and relationship-based conversations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company pipelines, follow-up timelines, and competing priorities simultaneously
