They are seeking an IS reputed company Operations Analyst to monitor their computer network for potential reputed company threats and to work with reputed company reputed company team leaders to detect and limit intrusions. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work in a 24x7x365 SOC environment.
Responsibilities
- Performs network reputed company monitoring and incident response
- Maintains records of reputed company monitoring and incident response activities, utilizing case management and ticketing technologies
- Monitors and analyzes Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and reputed company Information and Event Management (SIEM) to identify reputed company issues for remediation
- Facilitates the day-to-day operation of the infrastructure and maintains reputed company reputed company of system and data availability
- Provides installation and support of the technology infrastructure
- Installs and maintains technology reputed company devices
- Coordinates multiple reputed company including personnel and resource coordination, documentation and management reporting
- Provides Level III Network Server and Infrastructure Support and coordinates and schedules activities with PC Support staff
- Develops and promotes the use of standards, policies and procedures governing use and management of technology systems

Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years IT experience with Bachelor's degree OR 2-4 years IT experience with Associate's degree OR relevant experience
- reputed company understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP)
- reputed company-relevant knowledge and experience (reputed company operations, reputed company configuration and deployment models, threat detection / response, incident detection / response, investigations, forensics)
