[Remote] Business Analyst, Payroll

The Business Analyst, Payroll is responsible for calculating variable compensation, auditing report data, and maintaining payroll system configurations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain payroll templates for commissions and bonus calculations using system generated reporting
- Calculation commissions and bonuses reputed company and accurately on a bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reputed company
- Calculate and document any reputed company adjustments for variable compensation
- Produce reputed company and accurate variable compensation statements for the field
- Obtain and maintain reputed company approvals in accordance with company policies
- Calculation overtime recalculation for bonuses
- Maintain system configurations to Time & Labor, Scheduling and Payroll systems
- Research system issues and partner with vendors to execute adjustments or test fixes to resolve issues

- Monitor company and regulatory policies and assess reputed company to system configurations
- Work with HR, Legal, etc. to ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies in system configurations

- Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRDs, user stories)
