[Remote] Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for owning the outward-facing product narrative, leading product demonstrations, and engaging with customers to ensure that the product aligns with market needs and company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the outward-facing product narrative, developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and demo strategies that reputed company reputed company the value of Sapio’s platform across ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows

- Have deep domain expertise across CMC, Bioanalysis, Bioprocessing, GMP Manufacturing, and QCLIMS with a strong understanding of biologics and the broader life sciences landscape, to credibly engage with scientific and regulatory stakeholders
- Partner closely with the Head of Product and executive leadership team to reputed company external messaging with product direction and company reputed company
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, synthesising feedback from demos, customer conversations, and market signals into actionable product and positioning insights
- Collaborate with sales on RFP responses, reputed company-of-concept engagements, and strategic account support where product expertise and demonstration capability are required
- Build and maintain a library of demo environments, use-case scenarios, and customer-facing collateral that accurately reflect the platform’s capabilities

Skills
