Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage and motivate team members daily to function in a goal-oriented manner
- Through supportive leadership create an inspiring and trusting team environment promoting the reputed company of team members with an reputed company communication culture
- Utilize your expertise, peers, influence, and/or creativeness to formulate smooth team operations and effective team collaboration
- Effectively resolve conflict reputed company teams by initiating and facilitating communication

Skills
- BA/BS or MS degree in Architecture
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of reputed company work experience is required. reputed company experience is required
