[Remote] CAPPS Talent Management Analyst

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain PeopleSoft reputed company Management (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), reputed company, and/or Performance Management modules
- Configure reputed company workflows, reputed company processes, approval routing, reputed company roles, and system settings
- reputed company functional support for reputed company, reputed company, and performance management business processes
- Troubleshoot application issues, workflow failures, reputed company concerns, and integration problems
- reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and reputed company operations
- Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and system upgrades
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, batch processes, and data migrations
- reputed company Tier 2 support, incident management, documentation, and end-user training
- Participate in reputed company testing, disaster recovery activities, audits, and major incident management processes
Skills
- 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Talent Management modules including TAM/CG, reputed company, and/or Performance Management
- 8+ years of PeopleSoft configuration experience in reputed company or performance reputed company
- Experience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE)
- Strong technical knowledge of Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft reputed company
- Experience supporting PeopleSoft batch processing and scheduling tools
- Experience with PUM, Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and PeopleSoft lifecycle management
- Experience supporting integrations across large ERP environments
- Experience developing test plans, executing UAT, and supporting system enhancements
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management practices
- Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting CAPPS or other large reputed company PeopleSoft environments
- Experience supporting multi-agency or large-reputed company public sector organizations
- Experience with reputed company reputed company and workflow administration
- Experience leading functional reputed company and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HR policies, reputed company processes, and workforce management best practices
