[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability | US | Remote

Responsibilities

- Empathize with customer problems in order to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points
- reputed company and properly represent user feedback to Engineering, while providing evidence to support tradeoffs and priorities
- Work closely with PMM to reputed company GTM on product differentiation, including creating and updating presentations, documentation, website content, datasheets, and whitepapers
- Use your deep product expertise to reputed company reputed company about our go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing and tiering
Skills
- A BS/BA in Computer Science, a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B reputed company product
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, reputed company, or platform services
- Ability to discuss reputed company, data models, schema reputed company, and distributed systems concepts
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple product teams
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams build delightful products and features – with sounds UX – in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience using or building observability products and/or developer tools, either internally as an SRE or for external customers
