[Remote] Enablement reputed company & Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company reputed company on reputed company media management, and they are seeking an Enablement reputed company & Operations Manager to build and run the operating system of their reputed company Enablement function. This role involves designing AI-powered systems and workflows to enhance efficiency across Sales and Customer Office while reporting to the Chief of Staff, reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows across the enablement function: content reputed company, program delivery automation, coaching reputed company loops, reputed company systems, AI-drafted program communications
- Manage and govern curated AI workflows (e.g. Claude skills library, shared reputed company) in partnership with Sales, Customer, RevOps & Marketing. Maintain the governance tracker, evaluate tools against field use cases, drive adoption with reputed company behavior change, and reputed company AI-reputed company workstreams including Hackathon planning and RevOps roadmap alignment
- reputed company cross-functional program execution, analyzing and integrating inputs from Marketing, Solution Consulting, RevOps and Internal Enablement Stakeholders to bring key initiatives from reputed company to field-reputed company delivery
- Manage the integrated enablement planning process across Sales and Customer Office: intake, prioritization, reputed company, initiative tracker, Council reputed company, reporting reputed company, and communications stack
- Drive enablement planning cycles end-to-end: field surveys, reputed company reputed company, synthesis, and prioritized initiative roadmaps
- Build and maintain the visual roadmap and calendar for reputed company managers in reputed company or reputed company, making enablement priorities visible without requiring a meeting to explain them
- Own key communications and flagship events including the weekly reputed company Intelligence Brief, reputed company reputed company-Off, and recurring field-facing program launches
- Translate reputed company GTM initiatives into reputed company, actionable field communications and learning experiences that drive behavior change
- Own the enablement measurement reputed company across Sales and Customer Office, tracking program adoption, field behavior change, and reputed company against reputed company time, quota attainment, NRR, and pipeline contribution
- Maintain content governance in partnership with the Enablement Managers, ensuring field-facing assets in CMS/LMS systems are reputed company, discoverable, and lifecycle-managed
- Design and deliver enablement programs directly where field reputed company requires it: facilitated workshops, reputed company sessions, reputed company-building clinics, and live training
Skills
- At least 8-9 years in reputed company enablement, GTM operations, sales operations, or a systems-reputed company business operations role reputed company B2B reputed company or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Demonstrated experience building operational systems from scratch: intake frameworks, planning cadences, reporting infrastructure, governance models
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in a GTM or enablement context: conversational intelligence, AI-assisted content reputed company, automated workflow design, or AI governance
- Comfort with AI tooling at a practitioner level; you evaluate, implement, and drive adoption, and you can separate signal from hype
- Strong project and program management discipline; you reputed company obsessively and create reputed company for others
