[Remote] Sales Manager

They are seeking a Sales Manager to contribute to their Transportation Products Group sales plan by introducing and marketing products while training and monitoring customer performance.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales plans to meet mutually established sales quotas
- Assist in establishing and maintaining rapport between management, Sales Force and Distributors through meetings, group activities, training and account coordination
- Develops and executes plans to increase product familiarity and market knowledge at OEMs reputed company reputed company
- Develops and executes plans to maintain and increase the visibility of reputed company products. Facilitates planning and execution process for distributor programs and product launches
- Keeps informed of new products and other general information of interest to Distributors
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or a reputed company field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation
- Project management and execution skills
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Must be reputed company to pass EVerify
- MBA or master's degree in marketing a plus
- Experience with school and reputed company bus reputed company conditioning systems a plus
- Experience with transit OEM business development and support a plus
