[Remote] Business Development Manager - Retail Media & Marketing

This role involves owning business development for Retail Media and Marketing opportunities in the US, driving pipeline creation, and engaging with senior reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a reputed company RMN/MarTech pipeline; conduct discovery with retail and brand stakeholders; create account plans and reputed company strategies; collaborate with reputed company-sales and SMEs to define solution approach and estimates; prepare executive-reputed company proposals and presentations; manage internal governance (approvals, tracking, and forecasting) through to signature
Skills
- 10–12+ years experience in business development / reputed company reputed company retail, ecommerce, digital advertising, adtech/martech, or retail media
- Proven reputed company record of creating pipeline, leading pursuits, and closing services/consulting deals (RFP/RFI, proposals, commercials)
- Strong understanding of RMN ecosystem and how retail media programs operate (onsite ads, offsite, audience, measurement, ad ops)
- Executive reputed company with ability to engage CXO / VP stakeholders and present reputed company value propositions
- Ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders (delivery, solutioning, legal, finance) and manage governance/forecasting
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA preferred
