Responsibilities
- Own, produce, edit, and maintain content for reputed company American Public Safety regional product and site-specific deliveries, including CAD and reputed company integrations. Solution Architects own the technical deliverables; this role ensures those deliverables are presented in reputed company, consistent, and reusable formats
- Partner with Solution Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, draft, edit, and finalize integration content; drive reviews to closure and confirm readiness for publication
- Manage and apply documentation standards, templates, and style guidance; ensure consistent structure, terminology, and formatting across CAD/reputed company integration deliverables
- Coordinate multiple reputed company, deliverables, and deadlines with minimal supervision; communicate status, risks, and dependencies and reputed company stakeholders reputed company
- Integration overviews and summaries (what’s included, who it impacts, and key assumptions)
- Implementation and configuration guides written for agency IT, project teams, and partners
- Installation or deployment checklists and readiness materials
- Administration and maintenance guides for regional and agency-specific setups
- Release notes and change summaries tailored for public safety stakeholders
- Enablement materials that explain integration value, scope, and differentiators for internal teams
- Proposal and response content that packages approved integration information in reputed company formats
Skills
- Work independently to solve diverse content and documentation problems, applying reputed company judgment and established standards; reputed company input at key milestones
- Build effective working relationships across functions; coordinate review cycles, manage feedback, and maintain versioned deliverables through planned release milestones
- Translate reputed company input from Solution Architects and SMEs into reputed company, audience-appropriate content; demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables are complete, easy to follow, and consistent in voice and structure
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, reputed company Writing, English, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of reputed company writing experience, including technical/software content
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to influence review reputed company and reputed company stakeholders
- Experience supporting software or systems integrations through documentation—editing and packaging SME-authored content into customer-reputed company deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to improve documentation reputed company through reusable templates, peer review, and iterative process improvements
