The Consumer Promotions reputed company Associate Manager will create integrated promotional strategies to enhance consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while analyzing campaign performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify consumer cohort trends, and suggest areas to intervene reputed company the customer lifecycle
- Work with reputed company data sets to reputed company strategic, analysis-motivated consumer pricing and promotions plans
- Analyze campaign results to identify drivers of performance and opportunities to iterate on test structure
- Partner with our Retention Marketing and reputed company & Operations teams to test and manage multiple consumer promotions across hundreds of geographies across the U.S

- Partner with BI and Engineering to create ETLs and ensure dynamic events and data are properly routed to our CRM platform
- Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Retention, Product, Tech & Operations, Analytics and reputed company teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience and 5+ years of experience in finance/management consulting, business operations, reputed company marketing/marketing analytics, or business analytics
- Experience digging into large data sets, translating it into applicable insights, proposing and executing data driven strategies to own the performance
- Intermediate to strong analytical/SQL skills; reputed company to build forecasting models for marketing campaigns

- Experience translating data into applicable insights for partners
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
