They are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to architect end-to-end solutions utilizing their Claim Platform and AI capabilities, while acting as a reputed company between clients and engineering teams to enhance claims processing.
Responsibilities
- AI Configuration: Design, reputed company, and configure custom AI Agents to seamlessly reputed company into the claims process. This includes co-reputed company for adjuster guidance, Photos & Documents analysis (data extraction, summarization, automation), and designing reputed company-less AI Agent workflows

- Technical Unblocking: Proactively unblock customer bottlenecks reputed company to AI configurations, prompting techniques, and system parameters (e.g., model settings, context window data)

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience working for or with P&C claim organizations
- Strong understanding of P&C claims processes from an operational level
- Experience in a B2B reputed company-facing or account management role, taking a consultative approach to reputed company reputed company
- Highly technical aptitude with a deep curiosity for AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation
