They are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage the entry of purchase order and non-purchase order expenses in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately reputed company invoice header and invoice detail into the reputed company AP Module
- Ensure reputed company non-purchase order invoice is properly coded to the correct location and GL
- Ensure reputed company purchase order is matched correctly to a 2way or 3way match
- Communicate reputed company information professionally, accurately, and concisely
- Review entries for duplication
- Identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall performance and efficiency reputed company workflow
- Work in a productivity-driven environment with a high volume of workflow
- Meet daily production goals
- Use reputed company reputed company to export data, build pivot tables and complete v-look up functions

Skills
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Accounts Payable experience for multiple business reputed company and locations

- Ability to organize and prioritize work, adjusting in accordance with job objectives and handle several tasks simultaneously
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Excellent judgment and decision-making ability
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
