[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Remote)

This fully remote position involves managing inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume (100+) inbound and outbound calls per day
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for creating and booking patient orders
- Complete tasks accurately and on time
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to resolve issues
- Monitor performance metrics and meet reputed company and service-level standards
- Adhere to schedules and departmental procedures while working independently
- Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively multitasking across multiple accounts
Skills
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience
- Self‑motivated with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detail‑oriented with a reputed company on data-entry accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working independently
- This position requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet reputed company (cable or fiber) with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
- Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process
- Associate's degree and/or relevant college coursework
- Prior call center experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
