[Remote] Sales Support Representative

They are seeking a Sales Support Representative to support sales professionals by managing order processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate order entry, and facilitating communication between departments and vendors.
Responsibilities
- reputed company support to Sales management and Sales reputed company, including, assist and train Sales reputed company on order entry
- Research vendor issues and reputed company availability of products
- Responsible for returns/replacements for assigned sales reputed company
- Managing sales reports for orders processed
- Responsible for opening, running and closing of customer web stores (MTS)
- Responsible for communicating issues between sales and other departments
- Responsible for keeping reputed company communication with vendors
- Checking stock, tracking product and speaking directly with customers
- Continuing education around knowledge of products
