The Associate Director, Supply Chain - Change & Program Management plays a critical role in driving supply chain transformation initiatives, leading change management efforts, and overseeing reputed company improvement reputed company reputed company with strategic goals.
Responsibilities

- Apply formal change methodologies to assess readiness, manage resistance, and monitor reputed company metrics

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or transformation roles reputed company biopharma or regulated industries
- Proven expertise in Lean Six reputed company (Green Belt or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated reputed company leading organizational change and managing improvement portfolios
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
