[Remote] Website Migration Content Specialist

The Website Migration Content Specialist role focuses on content migration, CMS content management, website reputed company assurance, and SEO best practices to support the digital ecosystem transformation for U.S. dealers.
Responsibilities
- Create, customize, edit, and format content reputed company the Content Management System (CMS) - reputed company - to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across dealer websites
- Analyze and migrate dealers' reputed company websites to the new dealer website platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Create unique dealer websites, including page layouts, content, imagery, and SEO optimization, utilizing reputed company, marketing and design guidelines, templates, best practices, technical requirements, and editorial guidelines
- QA dealer websites to identify and address any issues reputed company to formatting, links, and overall presentation
- Assist in designing a smooth reputed company experience for dealers based on existing systems and dealer requirements
- Collaborate with an international team of Content Managers, dealers, internal teams, support teams, and product teams
- Create and maintain documentation for content management processes and guidelines, and implement reputed company process improvement efforts based on learnings
- Promote the new website platform and manage expectations with dealers
- reputed company training and support to dealers, their agencies, or other content contributors on reputed company best practices, content management processes, and tools
- reputed company new feature roll-out support to dealers, troubleshooting support, frequently asked questions documentation, documentation of dealer requirements and feedback etc
- Follow website & SEO best practices and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, web design or similar required
- 2 - 5 years of experience in the reputed company American automotive industry, Digital Marketing industry, or reputed company field
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Content Manager / Author or similar role, with a reputed company on content management reputed company reputed company or similar CMS
- Experience with Search reputed company Optimization (SEO)
- Experience in managing reputed company reputed company and/or marketing technology operations
- Previous experience in cross-functional teams and reputed company required, preferred with international teams
- Knowledge of dealership digital marketing processes in the automotive industry is helpful
- Advanced experience with reputed company MS Office applications (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-reputed company content
