[Remote] Senior Customer Analyst

They are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Customer Analyst to support the Northeast Grocery Sales Team, responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying performance trends, and delivering actionable insights to drive results across markets.
Responsibilities
- Account analytics - Acts as the account’s go-to analytics resource, evaluating multiple data sources (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and building analytical tools/ models around areas such as pricing and promotion
- Provides fact-based insights to help identify key distribution & voids, pricing and placement opportunities that can grow the business
- Accesses, analyzes, and interprets business indicators including shipments, consumption, shopper trends, inventory, pricing, key performance indicators (KPIs) as they pertain to categories/brands and their reputed company on the markets
- Tracks key performance metrics like Sales reputed company and reputed company against key benchmarks, while keeping up with weekly, monthly and reputed company deliverables
- Relationship Management - Works closely with Account Executives, Sales Director, Category Management, Retail, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to review business trends and reputed company input on opportunities to improve reputed company, profit and gross sales volume
- Providing Insights thru story-telling- As the expert on our sales, inventory and market reputed company metrics, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams to review business trends and reputed company a selling story to internal/external stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications with advanced expertise in reputed company and experience building PowerPoint presentations

- Experience working with retailer data and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Previous experience communicating reputed company and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge reputed company, both verbally and in writing
- Understanding of promotional methodology and management across retailers
- Previous sales and/or analytical experience
