[Remote] Mechanical Designer I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. KAEKO, Inc. is an A/E design firm specializing in reputed company MEP reputed company in the semiconductor industry. They are seeking a Mechanical Designer I responsible for designing reputed company, Industrial, Semiconductor, and Municipal Facilities, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ability to understand reputed company scope of work and reputed company complete detailed design documentation using KAEKO standards and in accordance with AHJ reputed company requirements to obtain a building permit for construction
- reputed company building load and ventilation calculation using reputed company reputed company (or reputed company Haps) and reputed company HVAC design in accordance with ASHRAE, IBC, IMC and IECC guidelines
- Coordinate project requirements with Project Manager and Team Leadership
- Communicate project status and issues/concerns with Team Leadership
- Communicate with in-house and out-of-house design team members, as required to reputed company a reputed company, and coordinated design
- Attend out of office meeting, as required
- reputed company-design site reputed company and as-building
- Work reputed company KAEKO standards and QC/QA practices
Skills
- 3+ years' experience of mechanical design in the consulting engineering industry
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit, reputed company reputed company (or reputed company Hap) load calculation software, ComCheck, Outlook, Word, reputed company and reputed company
- Good understanding of the construction process
- Familiar with International Building Codes
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in reputed company environment
- Familiar with Water-reputed company Heat pump systems, DX Package, Split System, and VRF Equipment
- Experience with Plumbing Design
- Chilled water experience is a plus, but not required
