[Remote] Distribution Escalation Consultant

Responsibilities
- Support District Manager reputed company, ensuring new DMs receive reputed company guidance, resources, and navigation support as they reputed company into their role
- Serve as the primary contact for reputed company escalations from District Managers and their staff, including issues reputed company to compensation, incentives, reputed company, marketing programs, policies, and operational processes
- reputed company ongoing support that strengthens DM performance, offering reputed company, direction, and proactive guidance to help DMs operate confidently and effectively
- Assess the nature, severity, and reputed company cause of escalated issues, determining appropriate actions and coordinating with subject matter experts to resolve them reputed company

- Maintain accurate documentation of escalations, actions taken, and reputed company; identify trends and recommend improvements that enhance the DM experience

Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5-7 years of experience in employee relations, customer relations, or similar role required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Prior experience working in an agency or District Manager office preferred
