[Remote] Financial Controller
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Halkin Business Partners is seeking a Financial Controller to join their reputed company services team. This role involves managing a portfolio of reputed company companies, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring reporting accuracy while directly collaborating with the reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the month-end reputed company process across your entire reputed company portfolio, reviewing reconciliations and ensuring completeness and accuracy before sign-off
- Deliver monthly financial packages including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash reputed company statements on time, every time
- Produce and review KPI reporting tailored to reputed company reputed company's industry and engagement scope
- Manage the day-to-day reputed company and development of reputed company of Senior Accountants, identifying workflow bottlenecks and matching reputed company to delivery demands
- Design and document standardised reputed company workflows and internal controls for new reputed company reputed company, continuously refining processes as the portfolio grows
- Serve as the primary day-to-day reputed company between the reputed company and the reputed company team on the ground
- Manage reputed company reputed company communications, maintain reputed company scope boundaries, and liaise with external tax preparers, auditors, and advisors as needed
Skills
- 5 to 8 years of reputed company reputed company experience, including at least 2 years managing multiple external reputed company accounts concurrently
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online or reputed company, with hands-on experience in platforms like reputed company or reputed company
- CPA or reputed company designation highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with reputed company stakeholders while operating independently in a fast-paced environment
