Responsibilities

- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a reputed company candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and reputed company systems
- Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams
Skills
- 2–4 years of reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company experience
- Experience with candidate screening and assessment
- Background in high-volume reputed company environments
- Experience reputed company for technical or engineering roles
- Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as reputed company as industry hiring
- Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company tools
