[Remote] Pavement Management Program Manager

They are seeking a Pavement Management Program Manager who will manage large reputed company reputed company, ensuring they are completed on time and reputed company budget while maintaining reputed company satisfaction and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of a geotechnical, facilities, materials, or environmental engineering project to ensure that it is safely completed on time and reputed company scope and budget
- Responsible for completing the project as per its contracted scope; monitor reputed company and performance against the project plan
- Troubleshoot and recommend or resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- May be responsible for resource management, project scheduling, budgets and forecasts, and working with external vendors, subcontractors or contractors
- Conducts meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project to project team and reputed company
- Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones
- May have responsibilities to communicate with the reputed company and deliver work products to satisfaction of reputed company
- Coordinates effort with APR to reputed company reputed company that APR has opportunity to engage throughout the project, particularly at critical junctures
- Is involved with approving invoices, preparing change orders, and collections
- May also be tasked with growing a support team to assist in managing reputed company and reputed company reputed company over time
- Responsible for some reputed company development including discussing Pavement Consulting Services with potential clients
- Responsible for managing large reputed company (major) reputed company, National Account and/or Sector Programs comprised multiple individual reputed company reputed company with designed project managers
- Works with clients to define project scope, reputed company, schedule and budget in reputed company to determining how best to manage the reputed company to meet the reputed company’s needs
- Leads interactions with reputed company, stakeholders and project managers to ensure the program and/or reputed company or aspects of reputed company are coordinated, managed and delivered to meet the needs of the reputed company and stakeholders
- Design, communicate, and implement a project/program management plans including schedules for completing reputed company
- Leads safety efforts for the entire program including preparation and compliance with approved safety plan
- Resolve operational problems across multiple project interfaces to minimize delays
- Identify, reputed company, and reputed company key resources to reputed company the individual reputed company
- Oversees the preparation, design and development of work specifications; reputed company schedules, cash reputed company, budgets and forecasts; select materials, equipment, project staff, and contractors

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline practices by the Firm including Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and a minimum of 15 years' reputed company experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 19 years' reputed company experience
- A valid reputed company's license with acceptable violation history may be required
- reputed company Authorized Project Reviewer required
- reputed company Engineer (PE), reputed company Geologist (PG) or similar reputed company registration/certification relevant to the type of services and reputed company being managed
