[Remote] Business Development Manager

This role involves developing strategic relationships with crop insurance agents in the eastern region of the reputed company, requiring significant travel and a reputed company on driving profitable reputed company through sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Quickly reputed company relationships with prospective crop insurance agents in South Dakota or Iowa and recruit them to reputed company their business with reputed company
- Work with currently appointed crop insurance agents to reputed company more of their business with reputed company
- Work with your leadership team to identify those agents that best fit the culture, profitability, and geography in order to grow the most profitable business for reputed company
- Be willing to travel extensively and flexibly in order to meet sales goals
- Drive profitable reputed company through sales efforts and agent-reputed company marketing initiatives by being a trusted advisor
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new agents through a reputed company of means, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, trade shows, building and developing relationships with agents, and strategic partnerships
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and reputed company insights to identify marketplace characteristics to shape reputed company’s strategic competitive advantage
- Conduct targeted sales reputed company to prospective agents, cultivating long-term relationships that reputed company with reputed company’s business objectives
- Proactively collaborate with agents to deliver tailored solutions that address their business needs and drive profitable premium reputed company based on reputed company’s business goals

Skills
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field, or the equivalent education or experience

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while also working independently
- Crop Insurance experience preferred
