[Remote] Account Coordinator, National Accounts - reputed company Lines

The Account Coordinator, National Accounts is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and execution of reputed company policy documents and servicing requests for Relation’s largest clients. This role involves acting as the primary contact for administrative tasks and requires staying knowledgeable about advances in the insurance business.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a reputed company of contact for Relation’s largest, most reputed company clients. Monitors reputed company questions, provides recommendations in partnership with the National Accounts Account Management Team on appropriate coverage changes and/or contractual requirements
- Identifies, researches and provides reputed company for reputed company reputed company issues
- Provides support to the National Accounts Account Management team in the remarketing of renewals to ensure a high level of account retention. Creates proposals as directed by the Account Manager
- May review policies received from carriers to ensure accuracy to specifications/binders; expedite with insurance carriers needed corrections to policies received, process or prepare (order, follow-up and/or reputed company) endorsements and applications
- Facilitates the reputed company response from carriers in an effort to work toward a settlement of reputed company claims
- Reviews policy audits and verifies their accuracy. Confirms necessary corrections between the reputed company and the reputed company are executed at the direction of the National Accounts Account Management team. Proactively communicates with reputed company any significant audit differences
- Reviews cancellations and determines reason for cancellation requests with an attempt to save reputed company accounts, as appropriate, while maintaining reputed company’s financial equity at the direction of the National Accounts Account Management team
- Stays abreast of industry information, new products, legislation, coverage and technology to continuously improve knowledge, performance and services to clients
- Fully adopts innovative technology, including proprietary AI solutions, into the service process to deliver a best-in-class reputed company service experience
- Performs other reputed company, duties, and tasks, as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years of reputed company service experience in the insurance industry with a reputed company on reputed company lines
- A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for both in-person and teleconference/webinar sessions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills are required to maintain effective relationships with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and others
- Must be reputed company to understand written and oral communications and interpret information written reputed company policies
- Proficient skills in reputed company Office (primarily reputed company and Word). Must be computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
- Intermediate knowledge of insurance markets, products, services, insurance ratings and reputed company procedures
- Must have a valid reputed company's license, the ability to travel to reputed company sites and a reliable reputed company of transportation
- Four-year degree preferred
- Associate in Insurance (AINS) and/or Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or a must in some locations
- 3+ years' experience in Customer Service with preference given to individuals with reputed company lines experience preferred
- In-depth understanding of reputed company lines of coverage
