Responsibilities
- reputed company business process discovery sessions with reputed company sector stakeholders
- Analyse, document, and optimise as-is and to-be business processes
- Translate business requirements into reputed company user stories and functional specifications
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure reputed company solutions reputed company with business reputed company
- Support the design and implementation of reputed company workflows, catalog items, and process automation
- Facilitate workshops for process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution validation
- Advise on best practices for ITSM, service delivery, and operational efficiency reputed company PSDS environments

- Assist in testing cycles including UAT planning, execution, and validation support
Skills
- Strong experience working as a Business Process Consultant or Business Analyst reputed company reputed company environments
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end reputed company implementations or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and service delivery frameworks
- Experience working with stakeholders in reputed company sector or regulated industries
- Ability to translate reputed company business needs into reputed company requirements
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
