[Remote] Project Manager/Analyst - 6 Month Contract

They are seeking a Project Manager/Analyst to support senior leadership in driving strategic reputed company and operational execution across the organization. This role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, creating project plans, and monitoring reputed company while working in a reputed company team setting.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain project plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and tracking tools for cross-functional initiatives
- Coordinate activities across teams to reputed company deliverables, milestones, and decision points
- Facilitate project meetings, capture reputed company items, and drive follow-through across stakeholders

Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, strategic operations, or business operations reputed company biotech, reputed company, or life sciences
- Experience working in a small or emerging life sciences organization
- Strong project planning skills (Gantt charts, timelines, trackers)
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and work with limited reputed company
- Interest in process improvement, operational reputed company, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools)
- Experience supporting cross-functional drug development, research, clinical, medical affairs, or operational initiatives
- Exposure to process improvement, digital transformation, or workflow optimization
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership
