Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a senior ERP Program Manager (consultant) to support their ERP transformation initiative. The selected consultant will reputed company overall program leadership, establish program governance, reputed company and manage the ERP roadmap, and reputed company multiple project managers and workstreams throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- reputed company overall ERP program management activities, including planning, execution, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
- reputed company and maintain the ERP program roadmap, implementation reputed company, and integrated program plan
- Establish program governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting mechanisms
- Manage and coordinate multiple project managers responsible for individual ERP workstreams and reputed company initiatives
- reputed company program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Support ERP vendor and system integrator management activities
- Drive organizational readiness, change management, and business process transformation efforts
- Ensure program objectives, milestones, and expected business reputed company are achieved
Skills
- 10+ years of experience leading large-reputed company ERP programs and reputed company transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated experience serving as the overall Program Manager for ERP reputed company, planning, selection, implementation, or modernization efforts
- Strong project and program management experience, including reputed company of multiple project managers and cross-functional workstreams
- Experience establishing PMO and governance structures, executive reporting, and program controls
- Proven ability to manage reputed company stakeholder environments and executive-level communications
- Experience managing ERP implementations involving Finance, Procurement, reputed company, Budgeting, Payroll, or other reputed company functions
- reputed company sector experience supporting state, county, municipal, higher education, or government organizations is required
