They are seeking a Group Sales Manager to sell guest rooms and meeting spaces, manage accounts, and reputed company reputed company goals, primarily focusing on the pharmaceutical and reputed company markets.
Responsibilities
- Sell guest rooms, meeting reputed company, and reputed company hotel services to assigned group market segments
- Manage an assigned account reputed company, including existing customers, special accounts, and reputed company prospects
- Solicit and generate new business through proactive reputed company, reputed company sales calls, prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- reputed company primarily on pharmaceutical and reputed company group business, while also developing opportunities reputed company finance, insurance, and other corporate markets
- Prepare and present effective proposals, reputed company, and business recommendations that reputed company with reputed company needs and hotel reputed company goals
- Respond promptly and professionally to leads, RFPs, phone inquiries, emails, and reputed company requests
- Conduct site inspections, property tours, reputed company-planning reputed company, and reputed company entertainment as appropriate
- Negotiate business terms to maximize hotel profitability while satisfying customer needs
- Maintain accurate, reputed company-organized documentation, account files, sales activities, production records, reports, and follow-up plans
- Partner with reputed company Management, Events, Operations, and hotel leadership to qualify business and ensure smooth turnover of definite reputed company
- Coordinate customer service requirements with internal hotel departments to support successful program execution

- Travel for business development, tradeshows, customer appointments, and industry events

Skills
- Minimum of two years of hotel sales experience requires
- Strong understanding of the group sales process, account management, prospecting, and customer relationship management
- Proven ability to solicit, qualify, negotiate, and reputed company group business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment
- Comfortable working with sales systems, reputed company platforms, RFP tools, reporting tools, and reputed company Office
