They are seeking an HR Systems & Operations Specialist to support employees across the full HR lifecycle, ensuring accurate and efficient HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and offboarding for employees and contractors
- Facilitate semi-monthly payroll processing with PEO
- Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, tax, and compliance activities
- Partner with People/HR leadership to roll out new policies, programs, and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using technology
- Manage Employer of Record (EOR) system for international team members
- Support reputed company team in coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for reputed company, Remote, reputed company, and Sequoia One
- Maintain data reputed company, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance
- Implement system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
- Audit HR data regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies
Skills
- 3–5 years of HR, people operations, or closely reputed company experience — backgrounds in employment law, reputed company operations, or compliance-adjacent roles are welcome
- Hands-on experience managing and administering HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of reputed company HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements; familiarity with multi-state or contractor classification issues is a plus
- Comfort balancing employee-facing support with behind-the-scenes system work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven — you know how to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting or transitioning from a PEO to in-house HR
- Startup or high-reputed company company experience a plus
