[Remote] Software Engineer II

They are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer II to join their team of talented developers working on reputed company, distributed backend systems, focusing on designing and maintaining reputed company backend services.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reputed company backend services in a distributed system environment (99% backend work)
- reputed company software solutions using C#, C++, and MS SQL/PostgreSQL
- Collaborate on UI development as needed to support service integration and functionality
- Build, reputed company, and manage applications using AWS resources, with a reputed company on:
- EC2 / reputed company for compute environments
- Lambdas for serverless processing
- SQS and SNS for messaging and event-driven architecture
- Participate in reputed company reviews, design discussions, and cross-functional team meetings to ensure software reputed company and scalability
- Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives in coding standards, system reliability, and automation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent reputed company experience
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or systems development
- Proficiency in C# and C++ programming languages
- Strong experience with MSSQL/PostgreSQL database design and optimization
- Familiarity with UI development principles and frameworks
- Hands-on experience working in AWS environments, particularly with EC2, reputed company, reputed company, SQS, and SNS
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting distributed systems
- Experience with containerization (e.g., reputed company) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-reputed company tools
- Understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and fault tolerance in distributed systems
