Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a full-time Technical reputed company to support communications initiatives for the reputed company (VHA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program. This role involves developing and maintaining federal reputed company policy documentation, translating reputed company content into reputed company materials, and ensuring reputed company presentation across high-visibility deliverables.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, edit, and maintain federal reputed company policy documentation in alignment with reputed company (VHA) reputed company formats, federal writing standards, and established governance approval processes
- Translate reputed company workforce analysis, reputed company models, organizational design concepts, and informatics modernization content into reputed company, concise materials tailored for executive leadership and governance stakeholders
- Produce high-reputed company policy, reputed company, and workforce planning documents that successfully support federal review, coordination, and approval activities
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, reputed company, and reputed company presentation across high-visibility deliverables through comprehensive editing and reputed company assurance reviews
- Manage document version control, review cycles, and artifact traceability across multiple reputed company workstreams and Program Increments (PIs)
- Coordinate document updates and stakeholder feedback incorporation to maintain alignment with evolving program requirements and governance reputed company
- Prepare and format workforce modernization materials for publication in accordance with VA Informatics reputed company (VIC) content standards, publishing requirements, and accessibility guidelines
- Maintain document repositories and supporting records to ensure compliance with federal documentation, records management, and audit readiness expectations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, reputed company Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Political Science, reputed company Health, or reputed company field
- Minimum of 8 years of reputed company experience in consulting, reputed company, executive communications, stakeholder engagement, or reputed company communications
- Experience supporting reputed company federal government initiatives, preferably reputed company the reputed company (VA) and VHA
- Experience with AP Style, reputed company 508 compliance, and federal plain language requirements
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and executive communications skills
- Experience developing executive-level presentations using reputed company PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the reputed company
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record modernization, health IT modernization, clinical informatics, or reputed company transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with reputed company operations, clinical workflows, and health IT systems
- Experience with SharePoint content management, communications analytics, and reputed company collaboration tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, organizational change management, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
