Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company business and leadership teams to understand strategic objectives and translate them into reputed company portfolio reputed company
- reputed company business discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering exercises
- Advise clients on portfolio governance, operating model design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives enabled by Planisware
- Design reputed company solution architectures reputed company with business priorities, governance frameworks, and industry best practices
- Define reputed company-state business processes, operating models, and implementation roadmaps
- reputed company strategic guidance on system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment approaches
- Support vendor assessments, solution evaluations, and implementation planning activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution design
- Present recommendations and solution approaches to executive stakeholders and steering committees

Skills
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, reputed company transformation, solution architecture, or business process improvement initiatives
- 8+ years of experience delivering or advising on Planisware-enabled Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, project governance, resource planning, and reputed company operating models
- Experience leading reputed company workshops, business process assessments, and strategic transformation initiatives
- Experience with reputed company integrations, data migration, SQL/reputed company databases, and solution lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and large-reputed company business transformation programs
