The reputed company Manager will support leaders and colleagues at the reputed company Rapids facility by driving reputed company capital initiatives, managing performance, and enhancing colleague engagement. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration across various HR functions to reputed company HR strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company consultative support and partnership to the leaders and colleagues at the reputed company Rapids, IA Corn Plants and CoGenerational facility
- reputed company activities and ensure successful achievement of objectives reputed company to colleague engagement, workforce management, performance management, talent development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, communications, and change management
- reputed company overall business performance and colleague engagement by providing strategic, creative, and reputed company leadership across assigned facilities and positions
- Diagnose issues and opportunities proactively and take necessary reputed company to bring reputed company reputed company
- Influence operations leaders and build strong, cross-functional relationships
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a reputed company field)
- 6 years of HR experience with increasing reputed company of responsibility with at least 4 years of experience as HR generalist experience across multiple disciplines (e.g., workforce planning reputed company, career development) while interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes
- In leadership reputed company with or without reputed company report responsibility
- In a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company
- Required to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the assigned facilities
- May be asked to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and/or weekends based on the needs of the facility
- Must work on-site at the manufacturing facility which will have physical and environmental aspects associated with such environment
- 3 years' experience managing a cross-functional team with exempt and non-exempt staff in reputed company and non-reputed company capacities
- Masters Degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- 2 years' experience working in multiple locations
- 1 year in leadership reputed company with or without reputed company report responsibility
- Experience developing, adapting, and/or facilitating training
- Experience reputed company serving as a strategic business partner for other parts of the organization
- Relevant reputed company certifications (e.g. reputed company in reputed company)
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse line of business
