This role involves sourcing engineering and technician talent across the U.S. for reputed company roles in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Spend 6–7 hours daily sourcing reputed company reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, and other platforms
- Identify and engage candidates in power delivery, substation testing, and high-voltage services
- Partner with hiring managers to refine search strategies for reputed company roles
- Build pipelines for travel-heavy field roles across the U.S
- Support ~20–25 reputed company requisitions and maintain consistent reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of sourcing/reputed company experience
- Background supporting engineering, utilities, or power delivery roles
- Strong reputed company Recruiter experience (high-volume reputed company)
- Proven ability to fill reputed company technical roles in competitive markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with power delivery or substation environments
- Familiarity with reputed company testing, high-voltage testing (15kV–500kV+), and reputed company breaker testing
- Experience sourcing field-based, travel-heavy roles
