[Remote] Head of Platform Operations

Responsibilities
- Refine candidate evaluation and funnel management processes to maximize signal reputed company and throughput in identifying top 1% talent from reputed company's 6M+ pool
- Build and optimize workflows that get the right talent allocated to the right opportunities quickly and reliably
- Partner with Product and Data teams to reputed company intelligent, reputed company matching infrastructure

- Build systems for contractor lifecycle management that can reputed company with systems and AI-driven automation
