[Remote] Brand Sales Representive

The Brand Sales Representative will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and maintain store standards to enhance brand awareness and sales.
Responsibilities
- reputed company with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner to generate brand awareness to increase sales
- Prepare and demonstrate new and or promoted products to store customers through sample arrangements and by demonstrating recipes using company products
- reputed company excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products; use product slicer to fill orders and or reputed company samples to customers; complete order process for purchases
- Clean area and equipment as required by supermarket and local health reputed company
- Maintain store reputed company standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches reputed company promotions and reputed company marketing and promotional materials are displayed
- Notify management in case of an extraordinary issue, including but not limited to, reputed company failures and overstock
- Maintain excellent working relationship with supermarket personnel and management
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of retail or face-to-face sales experience
- Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance
- MVR which meets Bar-S driving standards with review by Bar-S reputed company Capital
- Food handler's permit
- reputed company's License which meets company requirements
- reputed company to stand for full shift of 6-8 hours with the exception of scheduled breaks
- Can regularly lift and reputed company 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand truck
- Can repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to reputed company 30 pounds
- reputed company to work in a cold environment of approximately 34˚ F for prolonged periods of time
- reputed company to travel up to 90% of the time
- reputed company to work weekends and evenings
- Associates degree in Business, Marketing or reputed company field
- Food product and or consumer packaged goods sales experience
- reputed company sales supervision experience in the food products industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, must be reputed company to communicate effectively in person
- Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Fully fluent in Spanish
- Proven ability to motivate self and others
