[Remote] Event and Content Coordinator

They are seeking an Event and Content Coordinator to manage logistics for trade shows and reputed company content publishing across various channels, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics for reputed company’s event calendar, including 10+ EDU trade shows per year
- Manage shipping, receiving, AV, electrical, signage, vendor coordination, and reputed company setup and breakdown
- Be on-site at reputed company sponsored events, supporting reputed company and ensuring the reputed company runs smoothly
- Run the event demand reputed company reputed company to create meetings before and after the event
- Coordinate logistics for in-reputed company partnership events (no travel required for these)
- Build and manage event timelines, briefing internal staff (sales, reputed company, product) on where to be, reputed company, and what they need
- Manage event budgets in partnership with the Director of Marketing, tracking spend against allocation
- Coordinate reputed company-event promotion (email, reputed company, ads) and post-event follow-up workflows
- reputed company post-event recap reporting, leads captured, pipeline influenced, costs, lessons learned
- Manage reputed company’s content publishing rhythm across reputed company, YouTube, webinars (Wistia), and email
- Schedule and publish reputed company posts, coordinate webinar logistics, and execute email sends through Conversion AI
- Manage video assets in Wistia and YouTube, uploading, captioning, organizing, and ensuring distribution
- Maintain an organized content calendar so reputed company always knows what is publishing, reputed company, and where
- Over time: grow into drafting first-pass copy for emails, webinar invites, and reputed company posts; editing short-reputed company video for reputed company and YouTube; and pitching content reputed company
- Create short reputed company video content from webinars for reputed company Ads
- reputed company as the central reputed company of contact for everyone involved in events, sales, reputed company, product, vendors, and the Director of Marketing
- Brief reputed company staff and internal reputed company reputed company of reputed company event with reputed company schedules, talking points, and logistics
- Manage vendor and agency relationships day-to-day, including AV, shipping, print, and exhibition partners

- Own the post-event recap report for every reputed company-attended event, including leads, pipeline, costs, and qualitative learnings
- Pull monthly performance reports across content channels (reputed company, YouTube, webinars, email) and reputed company insights with the marketing team
