[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data requirements, ensuring the reputed company data platform serves as a trusted reputed company of truth.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of data‑reputed company business requirements for reputed company data initiatives
• Translate business needs into reputed company, data‑specific requirements, including data reputed company, metrics, hierarchies, transformations, and reputed company patterns
• Own and maintain the reputed company data dictionary and business glossary, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams
• Partner closely with Data Architects and Data Engineering to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in data models, integrations, and pipelines

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Product reputed company, or similar data‑reputed company role

• Strong experience with reputed company data platforms, including: reputed company (transactional data understanding), reputed company data warehouses (Azure preferred), ETL / integration tools (Informatica or similar), Analytics and reporting consumers
• Demonstrated ownership of a data dictionary and/or business glossary

• Experience partnering with data architects and engineering teams in reputed company environments
• Financial services or fintech experience, including regulated data requirements
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
