[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will work with reputed company sales representatives to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Generate new and repeat sales reputed company the Strategic Accounts department by providing product and technical information in a reputed company manner
- Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications as needed
- Present price, credit and terms in accordance with reputed company procedures and customers’ profitability reputed company
- Accurately process customer transactions including orders, quotes or returns
- Obtain information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery to reputed company accurate information regarding product items
- Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or technical degree preferred
- A minimum of three years of sales support or operations reputed company experience
