[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Home Learning)

The Customer Service Representative supports homeschooling families by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing tailored guidance to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other reputed company contacts in a reputed company manner
- Communicate reputed company, both in writing and speech, to reputed company customers
- Resolve reputed company concerns in the best interest of both the customer and reputed company
- Listen carefully to reputed company customer’s needs and recommend tailored homeschooling solutions
- Use multiple CRM's at once to assist the customer
- Other duties as required
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Outstanding verbal and written skills to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Dedication to deliver exceptional service by handling customer issues with care and expertise
- Organization and efficiency, ability to manage various tasks with precision and commitment
- Ability to work during the mandatory peak period of August 1 – September 30, with no planned PTO during this timeframe
- Ability to work effectively in reputed company-oriented environment while taking ownership of tasks
- Experience in reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word)

- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
