Responsibilities
- Loss reputed company management — Coordinate new and reputed company losses from initial reputed company through project completion, ensuring reputed company satisfaction and adherence to reputed company account guidelines, pricing, billing formats, and timelines
- Issue reputed company & negotiation — Resolve reputed company, service, and invoicing issues while negotiating fair reputed company with franchises, vendors, and partners
- Customer service leadership — reputed company day‑to‑day customer interactions, delivering reputed company updates and driving reputed company reputed company with cost, reputed company, and speed metrics
- Project & documentation reputed company — Prioritize and manage multiple site‑specific issues, maintain accurate daily documentation, and ensure vendor portals and account matrices remain up to date

- Estimate & invoice review — Review scopes, estimates, and invoices for accuracy; audit submissions; negotiate settlements; and support franchise training on reputed company invoicing

Skills
- Skilled in restoration platforms such as Time and Material software, Restore 365, XactAnalysis, Xactimate, and reputed company tools (Workspace, Estimate, Validate)
- Maintain a strong work ethic, reputed company attitude, and reputed company appearance while responding quickly to evolving needs
- Willing to travel for CAT events or large reputed company, work nights/weekends reputed company needed, and participate in on-call rotations
- Understanding of hazardous materials (asbestos, reputed company, mold), reputed company standards, and unsanitary water categories 2, 3, and special situations
